Body

The article reviews nine media editions of the series “Folklore Collection of the Moscow Conservatory”, realized by a team of employees of the Kliment Kvitka Folk Music Research Center of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. All publications are based on expedition audio recordings of Russian musical folklore of the 1950–1980s from different regions. Complexes of archival documents and photos complement the unique historical sound materials. All this as well as articles and other materials in electronic form provides the necessary scientific and informational context of combined media publications
